Consumer rights, cancellation and refund policy.

This policy applies to consumers purchasing services from Rinova Web Studio. A consumer is generally an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Business clients may have different contractual rights, subject to applicable mandatory law.

For certain distance contracts, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For service contracts, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date the contract is concluded.

The precise rules and exceptions depend on the type of contract and applicable law.

If a consumer requests that website design or development work begin during the statutory withdrawal period, we will obtain any legally required express request and provide the required information before commencing.

Where a consumer subsequently withdraws from a service contract after expressly requesting early commencement, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services actually performed before withdrawal, if the statutory conditions are satisfied.

The right of withdrawal is not automatically lost merely because work has started.

Any loss of the right of withdrawal following full performance is subject to the applicable statutory requirements, including the required prior express consent and acknowledgement where relevant.

Where a refund is legally or contractually due, it will be processed within the applicable statutory or agreed deadline using the legally appropriate payment method.

Any deductions for services already performed will only be made where permitted by applicable law and supported by the relevant statutory conditions.

A payment processor's processing time may affect when the funds appear in the consumer's account, but it does not remove any applicable refund obligation.

If a service does not conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory rights to request an appropriate remedy.

The available remedies and deadlines depend on the nature of the service and the applicable law. Consumers should contact us with a description of the issue so that it can be assessed.

This policy does not restrict any mandatory rights concerning conformity, performance, withdrawal or other consumer remedies.

We aim to respond promptly. Statutory response deadlines and complaint-handling requirements apply where relevant.

Eligible consumers may contact a competent Hungarian conciliation body or another competent alternative dispute-resolution body, where available under applicable law.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025, so this policy does not direct consumers to the discontinued platform.
